Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JumpZap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

JumpZap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or remove any proprietary notices from the app.

Purchase and Payment

JumpZap is available for a one-time purchase of $1.99 through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. We do not have access to your payment information.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.

Health and Safety

JumpZap is a fitness tracking tool and is not intended to provide medical advice. Important safety considerations:

  • Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program
  • Use the app in a safe environment with adequate space and proper footwear
  • Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • The motion tracking is designed for fitness purposes and may not be 100% accurate

Requirements

To use JumpZap, you need:

  • A compatible iOS device running iOS 15.0 or later
  • AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or AirPods (3rd generation or later) with motion sensors
  • Permission to access motion sensor data

Disclaimer of Warranties

JumpZap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via the email associated with their Apple ID. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
