Make sure your AirPods are connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth. Check Settings → Bluetooth to confirm they're connected. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your AirPods.
Ensure you're wearing your AirPods properly and that they fit securely. The motion sensor works best when AirPods are worn correctly. Also, maintain a consistent jumping rhythm for better accuracy.
JumpZap requires AirPods with motion sensors: AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, or AirPods (3rd generation or later). Earlier AirPods models don't have the necessary motion tracking hardware.
Go to the History tab, swipe left on any session, and tap Delete. To delete all data, you can uninstall and reinstall the app, or go to Settings within the app.
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If that doesn't work, restart your iPhone. Make sure you're running the latest version of iOS and JumpZap.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and make sure JumpZap has permission to access motion data.
The app uses motion sensors which consume some battery. Close the app when not in use. Make sure your AirPods and iPhone are adequately charged before long workout sessions.
